We are seeking a Veeva Practice Growth Manager who will spearhead the expansion of ProcDNA’s Veeva Commercial and Medical Affairs consulting offerings. In this strategic, outward-facing role, you will shape our go-to-market strategy, strengthen partnerships with Veeva alliance teams, build relationships across biopharma commercial and IT functions, and convert opportunities into long-term client engagements. You will play a pivotal role in positioning ProcDNA within the Veeva ecosystem and scaling a practice central to our 2026 growth strategy.

What we are looking for
We are seeking a Veeva Practice Growth Manager who will spearhead the expansion of ProcDNA’s Veeva Commercial and Medical Affairs consulting offerings. In this strategic, outward-facing role, you will shape our go-to-market strategy, strengthen partnerships with Veeva alliance teams, build relationships across biopharma commercial and IT functions, and convert opportunities into long-term client engagements. You will play a pivotal role in positioning ProcDNA within the Veeva ecosystem and scaling a practice central to our 2026 growth strategy.
What you will do
Strategic Growth and GTM Leadership
- Shape and execute the annual growth plan for ProcDNA’s Veeva practice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Veeva partnership managers, AEs, and solution teams
- Identify white-space opportunities across Veeva Commercial Cloud and Medical Suite
- Drive positioning and messaging for our Veeva offerings (CRM, Vault PromoMats, Network, Align, Events, MedComms)
- Represent ProcDNA at Veeva partner events, industry forums, and conferences
- Own pipeline generation and revenue targets for Veeva services
- Collaborate with Veeva AEs on joint pursuits and co-selling efforts
- Lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, solution discussions, and SOW creation
- Engage with Commercial Ops, IT, Digital, and Medical leadership teams at biopharma companies
- Convert early conversations into multi-phase implementation and managed services
- Work closely with practice leads and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions
- Translate business needs into well-defined statements of work
- Identify cross-functional expansion opportunities
- Contribute to thought leadership content, case studies, and client-facing assets
- Serve as the primary liaison between ProcDNA and Veeva partnership teams
- Track partnership KPIs, certifications, and collaboration metrics
- Build a partner-led pipeline and strengthen ProcDNA’s visibility within the Veeva ecosystem
- Bring competitive intelligence and market insights to leadership
- 10–14 years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, SaaS partner sales, or SI business development
- Proven track record selling Veeva Commercial Cloud, Vault MedComms, or PromoMats services
- Strong understanding of pharma commercial and medical affairs processes
- Experience managing end-to-end Veeva sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, co-selling with AEs, proposal creation, and SOW development
- Deep familiarity with Veeva partnership teams, alliance structures, and ecosystem dynamics
- Ability to translate complex client needs into structured proposals and impactful solutions
- Consistent achievement of revenue targets and pipeline goals
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead complex conversations across commercial, IT, and medical functions
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and client engagement abilitie
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Solid understanding of the competitive SI and Veeva partner landscape.
